About Standings Rules Fields

The YMCA softball league plays on the softball fields in the Red Hook Recreation Area. It is a co-ed slow pitch softball league. Most of the teams are organized by local bars and restaurants such as: B61 Zombie Hut Schnäck Magnetic Field 2007 will be the 12th year for the league. The season will start the week of April 16th (with scrimmages the week of April 10th) and run through August. Preseason games start next week. Here's the schedule: Tue. 4/10 BNS vs. Anchors Wed. 4/11 Z-Hut vs. Wade's Thu. 4/12 Gallery vs. Mag Field Fri. 4/13 McMahon's vs. B61 Dirt Dawgs are looking for an opponent for Monday 4/9. The league will play on weeknights in Red Hook with games starting at 6:15pm, with 10 regular season games, playoffs, an all-star game, and an end of year awards banquet.
